Swim City runs swimming lessons at Hutt City Council pools in Lower Hutt. We're here to help the community learn to swim and be safe in the water.

Our learn to swim programmes cater for swimmers of all ages and are mostly run from Huia Pool+Fitness. Our instructors receive extensive in-house training.

Our aim

To develop and provide a high quality learn to swim programme in Lower Hutt, resulting in all residents having the opportunity to take part in swimming lessons and water safety skills in a safe and enjoyable environment.

School Holidays

Our extra programmes add to the skills learnt in our formal swimming lessons. They'll help your child build new skills and confidence in the water.

Splash Time

Splash time is fun, informal water play for babies aged from 4 months to 5 years and their caregivers.
