Bin Enquiry FormThe forms will work best with a recent version of Adobe Reader. If you have any difficulties completing the form, the first thing to check is that you have a recent version of Adobe Reader installed. If not, you can download a new version from the Adobe website.
If you're having any problems completing your form, take a look at our browser instructions below, or print and scan it to us. It's a good idea to check whether your form can save to your computer before you start.
If you're using IE10, the forms may open in reading mode, without the ability to be filled out and saved. If you hover your mouse over the bottom of the form, and select the button on the far right hand side bottom corner called ‘Show Adobe reader toolbar’ you'll be able to see a toolbar which allows you to fill out the form and save it to your PC.
Edge is the default PDF reader in Windows 10, and Edge does not yet support fillable PDF forms. However, you can fill the form out using Internet Explorer: select the Start menu (or Search) and type in ‘Int’, this should bring up Internet Explorer, then select IE, and you can then open the forms in Internet Explorer (see notes on IE10 above if you experience any further issues).
If you hover your mouse over the bottom of the form, a toolbar will appear allowing you to save the form.
Firefox’s built-in PDF reader doesn’t support fillable forms, but if you open the form on the right hand side of the top toolbar you will see a button ‘Open with different viewer’. Select this and choose Internet Explorer (follow instructions on IE10 above if you experience any further issues).
Unfortunately, not all tablets support filling out and saving PDFs. Yours might, but there are too many apps and constantly changing variations to add instructions here.
