One you've registered with us, we'll send out your Combined Rates Invoice every couple of months in electronic format. If that's all you need to know, you probably won't need to use the portal again!
Rates Online contains information about you and your relationship with us that only you should have access to. Registering helps keep your information safe.
Select the log in link on the rates homepage and then the Register Now link on the my rates homepage.
You’ll be taken to the registration page where you need to complete the fields and select Register.
We'll then send you an email confirming your registration. Once you have received the email response, you can log in.
If you’re a PC user, then all you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you’re a Mac user we recommend you use the default PDF viewing application that comes with your Mac for best compatibility.
If you have more that one property with Hutt City Council, you can view all properties under one login. To have a single login you need to ensure we’ve linked your properties. If, when you login, you’re unable to see all your properties simply call us on 04 570 6666.
If you’ve forgotten your Username or Password select on the Forgot Username or Password link on the Rates Online homepage and follow the instructions on the forgotten username or password page.
Select the Change My Password link under the My Account details.
If you change your email address please call us on 04 570 6666. We’ll update your records with your new email address.
