This an aerobic higher intensity class for those wanting more of a workout. **The shallow class is in a depth of 1.3m.


Wednesday Deep  **There will be no class 3 June due to a pool closure

These are an aerobic higher intensity class for those wanting more of a workout.

The deep classes use a belt to suspend you in the water so no impact on the body.
